Nevermind---question answered, thank you!

Post by lovetobehome » Tue Jun 03, 2008 3:08 pm

I just started using LHFHG with DD. I have the 2000 edition of The World God Made, but I wanted to make sure this is the correct edition as I was not sure that the readings went with what the Key Idea said (they do loosely, but I just wanted to make sure). Can someone confirm that this is right?
On Unit 1 Day 5, the page numbers for The World God Made are 65-66, The Funny Monkey and The Hopping Kangaroo. The Key Idea for that day's science section says "God created man to take care of the animals and the garden. God told Adam and Eve not to eat from one tree in the garden.

Unit 1 Day 4 assigns 11-12, 44 and 66, which are Day 2 The Sky and What is the Sky? ; God Created Living Things; and The Hopping Knagaroo. Key Idea for science says "God created all the plants and all the animals. They must obey Him.

Just wanted to make sure this was right, as I know I had the wrong edition of another CLP book! THANKS so much!

I checked my copy of The World God Made which has a copyright of 2000 and a printing date of 2006 and it has the same pages as yours. It appears that the copyright 2000 is the one listed in the introduction of LHFHG so I think you have the right one.
