Finish the guide?

Good afternoon my son just turned 12 and is halfway through revival to Revolution. My question is do I finish the rest of the guide or have him move on to the next one because it’s the start of a new school year? we started later last year because we were finishing up unit studies from the summer then doing half days. We have done heart of Dakota all the way through so far. I’m trying to see also how this would line up with high school
