When will the new guide be shipped????

I ordered back in June, and it said that the new guide would be shipped at a later date. Well, it is nearly September, and I haven't received any kind of update from anyone as to when this guide will ship. Can someone give me some information? No one seems to be able to give any kind of date other than "it will ship soon," and I am sorry, but that is kind of unacceptable at this point.
