Hi! Anyone planning to use LHFHG this year? My youngest daughter will be starting here kindergarten year with HOD this year and I'm just looking for others on the board that might be using it this year!

My youngest will be finishing LHFHG this fall. We started it last year, and only did 4 days of the guide each week. So, it will take him a little over a year to complete LHFHG (and Beyond and Bigger). I did this intentionally so he doesn't get to Preparing until the end of 3rd grade or the beginning of 4th grade, which has been perfect for my middle two! Plus the "big" kids are in 4 day unit guides (Preparing and up), so everyone just does 4 days a week.

Also, note that many don't look at these guide specific boards often. The main board is most visited! So you might want to ask there.

We are using Little Hearts with my 6 year old (turned 6 in July) this year for 1st grade and he (all of us! me and the 3.5 year old shadow, she flits in and out during school time) LOVES it! He looks forward to our school time every day. We are currently half way through unit 3.

I am thinking about buying the guide for lhfhg.. any updates?
