Preparing Day 5s

I see that the Preparing Hearts for His Glory is only four days per unit instead of five like earlier programs with Heart of Dakota. Out of curiosity, how have you chosen to spend Day 5? Did you use it as catch up? Teach other subjects? Or just a day off? Just wondering what you all do! Thanks for any input!

We used the extra day for co-op, a field trip, or to catch up. Occasionally we also have travelled on Friday, etc. It is nice to have that buffer day so we don't have to squish school in around doctor's appointments, co-op, and field trip opportunities.
