CTC Unit 1 * Day 1 & 2
First let me give a huge endorsement for starting early doing half speed!
We have really enjoyed just taking our time getting used to the new books and things that will be be required of us this year. I have always been too eager to just jump in with both feet and then burnout too early. This is a really fun way of easing back into school.
We haven't really got into it far enough for me to give a detailed review yet so I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

Leah,
Your kids are doing a terrific job! I'm so glad that easing in to CTC at half-speed is working well for you.
I am a "jump in with both feet" kind of girl too, so I know what you mean!
Sam,
What cute pictures of your little boys. They are growing up so fast since the last pics I saw of them. It's good to "see" you again.
We pray that both of you ladies and your families have a wonderful year with HOD! Thanks for taking time to share with us.
Blessings,
Carrie

Looks like you had a great first week. I'll have to remember that tip about the marshmallows!

Thanks Carrie! I told the kids you said they did a a terrific job. This led to a conversation about who you are, so I showed them the picture of your family. My son said, "She must be really smart." So I showed him your credentials and he was impressed.
My daughter said, "Looks like brother would have fun playing with all those boys."
