We started our Fall term this week. Monday was an excellent day!! They were so excited.

In Bigger hearts we got carried away and did extra. We did Unit 29 - Unit 30, day 2
My ds likes learning about the Wright brothers, and the birth of flight. He did well on everything, and he loves the independent worksheet I made for him.

In LHFHG we did unit 20, day 2-Unit 30, day 2. He was okay with the 'middle ages' study, but really enjoyed the history portion about the first Americans,
and Columbus.
He really got into the dramatic play with the Indian village. Okay, we all did!

In LHTH we did unit 13, but what she wanted more than anything was doing her brothers' work!

All in all, we had a good first week back.

We're a little over 1/2 way through LHTH, going regular speed in Beyond, and half speed in Preparing...my desire to keep everyone on the same unit is now out the window!
