I moved this from another post. I had it under the wrong date.

This was our first week in Bigger. Yay! It went so well. I still haven't gotten my blog designed, but I'm trying to overcome my perfectionism (ahem) and get our first week posted anyway. I plan to post our full curriculum plans, but I'm happy to have at least gotten our first week semi-documented.

We have JOYFULLY completed unit 3 of Rev to Rev. This year, school is a hit at our house - no complaints from my 13 year old!!

Hi ladies, I do enjoy reading your weeks. I did want to mention that Blogger won't let me leave comments for some reason. I have been having problems. It's the blogs that have one type in the letters/words. I've turned of my security on my blog for now so people can leave a comment.

I don't have a blog, but wanted to share how my ds's first week of Bigger Hearts went.
We were suppose to be doing half-speed, it turns out he can (and will) do 8 out of 10 boxes in a day.
We have been working on reading therapy and he has advanced enough that I started him on the "Early Reader's Bible" from the emerging readers set. I have been pleased with his progress.
He loves the history readings & the science notebooking since he loves to draw.
He is also loving story time & begs for more. Now if I can just figure out how to get him going on math & writing . . .
