Hi Everyone!
I just had to share something fun that my family is going to do this summer. Each of us has put together our own personally hand picked 9 genre book lists and are going to read through them this summer. Even my dh is going to participate.

I am looking forward to challenging myself to explore some genres that I don't naturally gravitate toward. Kimber

That's a great idea! I'll have to keep that on my list for when my boys are older.

That is a great idea. I think I will go through what my son is reading and what I am reading to my boys and try to do the same thing.
Thanks for the changelle.

What a
great idea! Thanks for sharing it - I would love for my dh to branch out of his outdoor magazines and machinery manuals into another genre... something like fantasy would be a leap of faith for him. This is a very fun idea... now if you could just head on over here to SD and sell dh on this idea, I think the rest of us would be in for sure. Need directions to the house?

Hi Julie!

I don't know. Maybe you could just photocopy covers from selected book genres, wrap his favorite magazine in them and call it a day.
