Yes, we had to add extra cornstarch as well. My dd even worked exa cornstarch I to the dough as she rolled it, kneaded it, etc. it did at one point start to get super crumbly so be cautious how much cornstarch you do add.

Well, if you wanted to do PHFHG 5 days each week then I would just keep going. So that means that after you do day 4 on Thursday then on Friday you would do the nest unit day 1 and so on. Your days will not line up with the days of the week though. So Monday will not always be day 1 of a new unit. B...

I think u could reasonably choose story time OR extensions and not require both. You are right in that they do all look great, but no need to overwhelm. We are! We start August 5 and my dd 13 is EXCITED! Of course we are doing some extensions and I have tweaked things just a bit to suit our homeschool style. But all in all we are looking forward to it.
