Hi Carrie -I am waiting to receive the US History Guide and send back the photocopied pages that I've gotten all along the year from HOD. We've been away and in and out. Just checking to make sure it's not been lost in the mail somehow. Do you have an estimated time when it will arrive? Thanks! Ellen
