R&S Grammar Placement/Pacing
Hello, It has been quite some time since I have posted here, and a long time since we've used HOD! I am planning to possibly use WG for my daughter's 9th grade year, this fall. I have a question about R&S Grammar. My daughter is currently using R&S 5, and will finish up this year. I'm not sure if it...

Re: sending private messages
I believe that it has actually sent even though it shows it as being in your outbox. You can send me a test PM to see if I receive it and see what the status shows after sending it, if you like.

Re: Need Help/ Ideas - Resurrection- Reformation
About the boxes and feeling overwhelmed by them visually...I've heard of others strategically using post-it notes to cover the additional boxes while working on one individually. Not sure if that was the type of help you were looking for : )

Re: R&S Placement
Thanks, Jennymommy. Would you, or someone else, be able to share with me the the significant differences between CTC and RTR as far as skills and workload? I lean toward CTC at times because it seems like the more logical place to begin as far as history goes, but my daughter did complete Veritas se...

Re: R&S Placement
Okay, thank you. That helps. As far as placement between CTC and RTR it's one of those things where she could go either way. I think that is what makes it hard to choose.

Re: R&S Placement
Thank you, Mumkins.
I think she'd be fine with one lesson a day if that is what is necessary. I've also thought it might be best to start with R&S 4 and just pick up in the book where she needs the instruction. Then move on to 5.

Thank you, Jennymommy.
I'm undecided on which guide. I'm waffling between CTC and RTR. I was thinking I'd post separately about guide selection, but maybe it makes better sense to work that out now : )

R&S Placement
Hi, I am looking for help with placing my II yr. old/6th grade daughter in R&S English. This past school year we used some Winston Grammar Basic and got as far as covering the basic parts of speech. We also covered grammar in context informally through literature. Prior to that she had some instruct...

Re: Sneak Peek #7: New American History Guide
Thank you, Carrie.
I am continually amazed with all that goes into the HOD guides, it is obvious that they are prayerfully and so thoughtfully written. Thank you for your diligent work and your ministry, so many are blessed by you through Him.
