I recommend getting the HIG's especially for level 5 and 6. It is really nice to have the answer key as well as being able to see the problems worked out. The story problems and bar diagrams can be quite tricky at these levels.

The True Story of Noah's Ark is scheduled in the storytime box. Noah's Ark, Noah's Flood used to be scheduled in the independent history box but it has gone OOP. You can either try to find it used or just omit it like the newer guides do.

I use some of the supplemental titles as well as some other books to stretch out the ER's. Generally we rotate between the ER's and other books. I still have the child read them aloud to me and sometimes we discuss them instead of the questions.
