How about putting together a special box of the 2 year old. Fill with simple puzzles, maybe some playdough, some lacing cards, duplos. It only comes out during school time. I started with my 3 year olds last year and they love it. I add in chalk boards, travel size magnadoodles, paper with stickers....

I haven't started HOD with my son that has son that continues to have fine motor issues. For his handwriting program that I am using now, I have do split the copywork and take two days to complete it. That way he doesn't get tired or frustrated.

Thank you. He does struggle with writing. One of difficulties is fine motor coordination. Thanks for posting the link. I had seen it my cruising through the site and forgot about it. Off to check. :)
