I just had my children rotate items and only used one guide. One would work on math, while the other would use the guide. Then they would switch.

Purchasing a 2nd guide is an option, but I didn't need one when my children did Bigger and Preparing together.

I would do Bigger again and use the Extensions, if you think he can handle the extensions. The books in the extension pack were wonderful.

I would finish Bigger too. That's what we had to do. We didn't get it done in the 2010-2011 school year. I'm glad I didn't stop it and move on to Preparing.
