We started really late and we are about to start Unit 14.

Yes, I can say the same. We are doing Beyond with a 7 and an 8 year old and Little Hands with a 2 and 4 year old.

We have just finished week 8 of Beyond and week, errm... let me see... week 3 in Little Hands? Who's counting? We continue at our own pace and LA and Math have their own pace altogether, never correlating with the guide.

We do things a little bit differently.

We read everyday, but we we keep DITHOR flexible. We don't feel guilty if we don't do DITHOR everyday.

We are doing LHTH with a 2 year old and an almost 5 year old. The 2 year old is hardly ready for it, and the 4 1/2 one knows many things already. We use HOD Beyond the way it is and I tell you, there is a certain sense of freedom in doing that! The children learn modern Greek and Violin and Piano, but I don't consider this supplementation. Rather, extention of the curriculum in that we add new subjects, not supplementing the ones that HOD has...

I have ordered Bigger for my 7 and 8 yo. I am thinking of getting Beyond as a better fit. Do you think it is a good idea to do Beyond double speed rather than Bigger half-pace?

Has anyone done any program double speed?

What I have planned for her, is to combine her with her older sister (4) right away in the morning for LHTH. You wouldn't necessarily have to do that program, but make sure they have "Mom-time" in the morning. That should make them feel secure for a while because they've had your attention right aw...
