Typical Day of Homeschooling

Hi
Can you tell me what a typical day of homeschooling looks like using HOD? I'm just looking for a time when you start how long each subject takes things like that.

I live in NY and we are required to do testing or have an approved person look at our child's portfolio of work for the year. We have decided to test him each year using the Iowa Test of Basic skills. I always worry that he will not do well but he does.

My son had a hard time with math until we tried Saxon and now he really understands math. In the early grades they do a lot of hands on activites.
