visuals of others Common Place Books?

Prebound journals make me nervous! We've always done copywork in binders so it's moveable by topics.

I'd like the prebound journal to be divided by topics, will that get complicated or expensive.

Re: New to Hod, Rod & Staff Math Question

We haven't used either programs and are trying to learn about both. One thing I read on this board was Rod and Staff has more review before moving on to new concept. If your son is doing so well, I wouldn't change programs. Maybe adding in Math Essentials to supplement R&S? I don't remember what con...

My HOD workbox ideas: I know we will use a rainb...

Re: PHFHG/5 days a week?

After reading Carries posts on "7th grade and Preparing" I think I answered my own doubts. we are beefing it up for 6th grade boy and calling it 7th grade when we need to. :) Has it been that long ago we heard Carrie at convention and I bought and used LHTH with my boys.sniff sniff, now they are tal...

combining LITTLE hearts and Preparing?

Hi guys,

Wondering if Little and Preparing both study world history? Do they combine nicely? We're starting Preparing with my 5th grade boys;

My girls are 5 and 7 years old....looking at Little Hearts (RED BOOK) My question is: does this put all 4 kids studying WORLD history?
