You are all so awesome! Thank you thank you thank you for all the input! That is definitely what I'll be going with...doing LHFHG 1st grade and Beyond's emerging set. It's so encouraging to hear from people who have been through it and have really enjoyed it. I cannot wait to start!!!

Thank you so so so much for all your feedback and input! It does make total sense to start out with the LHFHG Grade 1 and take it from there. I don't want to be missing out on anything! Plus even though he has learned certain aspects already in Kindergarten...I want as much of a Godly, Christian ed...

OK, I have 100% decided I will be using HOD for homeschool starting in August (YAY!!!!), but am needing some help deciding which to start my DS6 on. So is Beyond designed to be 3 days a week, so it wouldn't last all year long? I am going to be using Beyond come August, so I don't know how it works quite yet! I am planning on doing a 4 day school week, by the way. Sorry for not being able to answer your question and only adding more *blush*
