We'll be finishing up Pagoo this week. At first dd didn't seem to enthralled with Pagoo, but now she loves to see what that crazy ole crab is up to in each chapter!! She loved when he lived in Traveling Towers.

Her new thing is to jump rope while repeating the memory verse of the week. I guess when she tires of that, we'll bring in the hoola hoop! lol!

Have you tried using a magnifying glass to see if that helps with the troup locations? We're doing Bigger next year, so I'm not exactly sure what you're looking at.

You described our household but it's flipped (dd is the breeze, ds is the one who is challenging.) Both of my kids have the NIrV and like them.

We had the same problem - didn't do much but make it thicker; however, it was 2% milk and at the time I wondered if whole milk or even cream would've been better.
