Re: 2 Questions about starting LHTH?
Thanks everyone. I understand why there is no list but I really have to gather everything for a week at one time, even if I am substituting. I just can't handle gathering everything daily. That probably means I have issues, I'm not surprised  I'm thinking that maybe when you are done YOU ca...

Re: so i'm a Betty...now what?
So an Olive is organized and Betty is not? What's the in-between person? You know, the kind who WANTS to be organized but isn't, knows HOW to do it, frequently makes sincere efforts at it and becomes totally immersed, but then at some point decides that her family needs clean underwear and somethin...

Re: 2 Questions about starting LHTH?
I guess I am really surprised that there isn't a supply list out there somewhere. I know many of the items are typical household things but in the first unit I found 5 things that I don't typically keep around. I don't get catalogues, don't have masking tape and we don't eat cereal. These things fig...

Re: Rod & Staff Grammar 3--Do I NEED the TM?
I am buying a TM for the first time this year for level 6. I wish I had it for level 5 but 3 is no big deal. I know there is a bit more in the TM, but there is a very complete explanation in the student book. I am a grammar geek, but you don't want to over do it at this age. If money is tight you ca...

Re: 2 Questions about starting LHTH?
Thanks Kristen, I have heard that there is no photocopying in later guides but I won't be using those. HOD is just for my little one and only for this year. I will just do the spiral binding. That will be the easiest.

Re: Notebooking/journaling question
So far I just have them in binders but I think I my have them bound someday. After 8th grade I will for sure have ds's notebook pages bound but I don't think I will do it before then. Maybe yearly for High School.

2 Questions about starting LHTH?
 I am making up weekly supply lists for LHTH. I am up to unit 22 but if someone has lists made already I would gladly quit reinventing the wheel. There are photocopies needed for LHTH and they are unfortunately spread throughout the guide. I am planning to have the binding cut off and...
