Ok I' ready to order but have a question

can I order just the basic package and get the reading books at my library or do I need to get them from here...also as for the bible for beyond, do I need to use those Destiny has probably 3-4 other childrens bibles and I am not sure we really need to add another to her collection.....

Thanks for sharing about your dd - that really helps so much! I think she would enjoy doing Beyond Little Hearts. It would be a nice fit for your little sweetie. Thaks Carrie! I will give you a bit of info on Destiny. I just started homeschooling her in May. So for all of 1st grade she was in a christian school. She can print and write in cursive but we really need to work on both (printing more right now) she does have some issues with certain letters and g...

Its in every book she reads, cuz she just reads too fast at times, like I do. I think her brain may interpet in its own way what may come next or what would make sense to her before she gets there. But she reads Dr. Suess, the FROOOOGY books, the if you give a mouse series, she is in A BEKA grade 1 ...

how to decide what type of reader you have

I am not sure how to classify my daughter, she can read on her own but she still needs help with some words and she tends to add or skip words if she is reading too fast. She will be 7 in June. With the skipping and adding would she still qualify as independant?

Hi! My name is Nicky and I am very seriously considering going with HOD but I am not sure which one to go with, I looked at the placements and my almost 7 year old could fall into a couple. She should be entering the 2nd grade is one geared more towards a second grader or is it based on age?
