Re: Geometry: A Guided Inquiry

I know this is an old post, but my son is about to start Geometry: A Guided Inquiry, and I came here looking for scheduling suggestions. I'm terrified that I made a huge mistake purchasing this geometry program since it cannot be returned. There is no way I can sit and do math with my 11th grader ev...

Re: Preparing for College with HOD

The first is the world map and she instructs them to choose which option they are going to do and then make their own supply list and then after that she does tell them they have 5 days to complete it so they should plan to draw a 1/3 each da...

Re: WH timeline figures?

I was under the impression that they are specially done for Heart of Dakota, so I would probably order the HOD specific ones... Yes, I knew that the CD was put together just for WH, but I wasn't sure if it was just a specially compiled group of images that were pulled from the entire HTTA collectio...

WH timeline figures?

Are the timeline figures on the World History CD by Amy Pak the same ones that are on her History Through the Ages CD? We already own HTTA.

Re: considering DITHOR - questions

Hi Tamara! No, we don't live in AR anymore. My dh and I both grew up there though, and most of our family still lives there - in the LR area, in fact!

Re: considering DITHOR - questions

Thanks, Carrie! That helps! :D

If I don't have the 4/5 kids reading the same book, what would my time with them together look like? Or would I have one come over and then the other?

About how much time total would it take daily?

considering DITHOR - questions

Hi, I'm Kirstin, and I'm thinking about using DITHOR next year. I have some questions though. First a little background. Next year I will have 7th, 5th, 4th, 1st, and K to teach. I'll also have a 2.5yo, and come January, a newborn. So "streamline" is the key word for our school LOL. In the...
