We are using WG right now and not all of the lessons of EIW 10 are scheduled into the guide. There are sub-lessons like 10B or "optional" this or that which are left out. ...

I've been using DITHOR for 2 years, and we've always used, "How to Report on Books." I also looked on abebooks.com, and they have several copies of "Book Projects to Send Home." I've had great luck with abebooks. HTH!
