Re: LHTH concept of counting by 2's.........
Hello, My son is doing LHFHG, and the way I am teaching him to count by 2's is when we do our calendar time. I have all the odd numbers in black and all the even numbers in red. We say our odd and even numbers each day. I am teaching him that when he says the even numbers he is also counting by 2's....

Re: Bible lessons in LHFHG?
Hello, We just started LHFHG last week. My son loved the devotion time, but we soon noticed it wasn't an everyday thing with the curriculum schedule. Since he enjoyed it so much, we did indeed add devotion each day. That was just our own personal choice. This week, I think we (me, my husband, and ou...

Re: Anyone having this issue?
I just wanted to thank everyone who responded to my thread. I am definitely going to continue with the books right now and see if my son becomes more interested in them. He is having to get used to them not really having any pictures. I think he is a visual child and so not seeing pictures to go wit...

It was interesting and fun. YAY! : ) Our first day with LHFHG went very well. My babies from childcare went do...

Re: Another Question Please
Kathleen, Again, thank you for your reply. You know... I want it all! It is my budget that is being stubborn! I was thinking the CD would be really great just because I have heard such great things about it. I really didn't know if the storytime set made a difference or not. We do storytime every da...

Re: Help Needed Please
Thank you, Kathleen, for your input. I am sorry, yes, I am referring to LHFHG. I didn't make that clear before because I was in a hurry. Maybe I will try to work in the Bible... I was really excited about getting it anyway. This whole "budget" thing really puts a damper on things. Thanks again! Oh, ...

Another Question Please
Ok, I should have asked this in my earlier thread, but do I need to order the storytime set right now, the hide em' in your heart cd, and the Rod and staff books (do it carefully and finding the answers) to have a complete curriculum for my kindergartener? The reason I ask is because I already have ...

Help Needed Please
Hello, I am ready to place my order with HOD, but I was wondering.... if I just use a Bible that we already have and do other handwriting, will it affect the curriculum at all??? I am trying my best to keep costs down right now, but yet still have a solid and good curriculum. Thank you! Have a wonde...
