Can you please list your child's top three or four living library picks for this year? I have two boys who work long hours and do not love school who will be doing yhis guide this year. I think they might enjoy 3-4 of these extras, but I know they will not be able to get the whole set read.

I allow typing. I bought some old-looking cardstock to run the typed narrations off on to glue to the pages. As long as they have a few things to write to exercise good handwriting skills, I allow typing of everything else.

Have you looked at samples of Rod and Staff? Milestone Ministries has nice samples. I would look at 6 just to make sure. Moms can usually tell if it is too much or just right. I would not place any higher than 6.
