Noticed in the guide for the first day the reading was pages 11-29 but chapter one starts on page 1. I started reading 1-29 thinking it was a typo, but now the questions aren't lining up with the book. My book does look different from the one on the web page. Is there a PDF with updated page numbers?

have you tried just opening the PDF files and printing from there instead of the "link" My mac prints these just fine and so does my windows 7 but the windows 7 machine doesn't like to launch the htm file. But I can still just print the PDF's no problem
