pictures of Cto C student pages

Would anyone be willing to post some pictures of some finished student pages from the C to C guide? Or email them to me at babos@premieronline.net. I have a friend who is trying to decided if she should do HOD and she would like to see what the student pages are like.
Thanks for your help!

Re: what would you get with Preparing?

I'm sorry I had some of the terms wrong. I know I will be getting
Ecomnomy pkg., the science pkg. - what I need to know is if I should get the Basic Hist Read aloud pkg. and the Deluxe Hist. pkg, or if just one of them for my oldest daughter would be enough for her without overloading her.
Thanks!

what would you get with Preparing?

We will be looking to finish up Bigger in about 2 months and I'm thinking ahead to what I should be getting for Preparing. After looking at the book packages I know I want the Eco. and the Science, but I'm torn between the Hist. packages. My daughter will technically be in 5th grade, but doesn't lik...

problem in Bigger unit 15 day day 2

We were doing the Science notebooking yesterday and you are supposed to copy Psalm 11:28. My daughter has the Adventure Bible and when we looked up Psalm 11:28 there wasn't one. Am I missing something?
Thanks!

alternate schedule for the new Stories of Pilgrims book

I have a new version of the "Stories of the Pilgrims" book, but I didn't know there was an alternate schedule for it. Where do I find this? I have a copy of BLHFHG that is at least one year old. (I'm borrowing it from a friend).
Thanks!

My daughter is currently using saxon 5/4 math. She is a little tired of the review. I am looking into different programs for next year. A few of my choices are singapore and R & S math. If anyone out there is using singapore 2A or 5A would you please be so kind as to copy a page or two and send them...

Re: need help with preparing

Carrie and all, thank you for your posts. You have helped me choose. Unless something changes drastically in the next months we will stay with the deluxe package instead of the extension package for two reasons. One, the next one can use it as well, and two, I don't thing I want that much stress to ...

Re: need help with preparing

Carrie, so it would be okay to do the economy package, the science package and the deluxe package with a 10 year old who is a great reader. The only reading aspect that she struggles with is orally retelling a story. She can read a story and answer questions on it really well, but she just struggles...

Is is just me?

I have been reading some of the posts here and wondering if I am missing something. I start school with my dd (9) who is doing Bigger. We do Bible, math, Eng., cursive, poetry, Science, Hist., rotating bottom left box and then she does her Reading on her own. She does some of the extension reading o...

A Child's History of The World

I have a question for anyone who can answer or has used this book. I shared with someone that we are using the HOD curriculum and are looking forward to preparing in the coming months, I listed some of the books and they were shocked that we were going to be using the book "A CHild's history of the ...

Re: Opinion Poll: Storytime for the new book (after Preparing)

I think I have to agree with Joyful Heart on this one. My daughter loves to read, but if you read too much on one subject you hear the same stuff over and over again with a little variation. She likes to choose the books off the book list a lot. It's helpful to have everything revolve around the sam...
